It was in April of 2005 that Meg’s Children’s Home became official. Together with Nanda and Bibechana we started over with a new home and a new vision in hopes that we would create a better future for the 19 children we brought with us. Merely feeding the children is not enough, with love and attention we try to give them hope and laughter as well. Now only one year later you can already see the difference a little love can make; no more tension and aggression amongst the children, good results in school, and most importantly, lots of laughter.
We have just moved into a new home on the other side of Bhaktapur and we are looking forward to the good memories and positive outcome this home will bring us.
